The Vella family invites you to experience a culinary event unlike any other in Rochester. Located within Vella Bath & Kitchen's "Living Showroom", the Culinary Center at Vella was created to offer memorable experiences. Share our passion of food in a truly stunning and inviting surrounding encompassing the finest and latest in technologies.
Local professional chefs from Rochester’s finest restaurants offer inspirational and personalized, hands-on culinary classes to a small select group of students ranging in experience. The chef will personally guide the students in creating a wonderful 5-course culinary feast utilizing Dacor luxury appliances and master chef-inspired cookware by the Culinary Institute of America.
Gather and relax at the “Chef’s Table” with new friends to enjoy the dishes prepared by all. Come away with a sense of accomplishment and confidence along with the recipes to recreate dishes for your friends and family at home using the skills and techniques learned.
